The Diaz home was built in the 60's and it was old and antiquate to todays standards, they wanted to renovate it and change the look completely with few sessions with got the design completed and proceeded to finalized the construction drawings. This was a small house that needed an addition, my client wanted to add a master bedroom that contained a walking closet, M. bathroom, with natural light. So I created an addition with those characteristics, and the result was brilliant.  Plans by MJ Design; Construction by others.

The objective of this project was to extend the existing kitchen and provide enough cabinets space for all the kitchen utensils. Since the kitchen is expanding my client decided to renovate the Master bathroom and make it more attractive and modern.  Plans &  Work completed  by

My Client wanted to remove existing tile because it leaked into the floor below. so replace all the flooring and subflooring. we installed new waterproof membrane and new tile selected by Owner.   Work completed by MJ Design Construction.  

The Balconies have been exposed to the surf wind, sub and rain by few years and its deterioration has caused damages in the floor below. so it was necessary to replace all flooring and subflooring and add a waterproof membrane to secure the condos below. Work completed by MJ Design Construction.
